Rambo's Quick n' Dirty (Part 7)




Quick n' Dirty #7

6 sets of 10 box jumps and 10 elevated push ups
40 Plyo lateral jumps (one on each leg is one rep)
30 Broad jumps with a 10 sec plank
1 min Plie squat at the end.

With the broad jumps, do one jump and then walk down into a plank, hold for 10. Then repeat. You end up doing 5 mins of planks! Time yourself and improve each day!
