Rambo's Quick n' Dirty (Part 9)


Quick n' Dirty #9

5-1 min Jump ropes 15 sec rest between mins

Tabata Paper plate-Ab Pikes and Mnt Climbers 
(alternate every other, do each 4 times)

Tabata Scissor Jumps

5 Min Burn!! 10 Burpees, 10 Squats, 10 Push Ups. 
(As many rounds in 5 mins, go until buzzer!)

Do these in order. With the paper plate (or towel) tabatta, you need to use a tile, concrete, or wood floor.  The Burn…should burn! Go at it fast, your muscles should be twitching when you’re done.
